When you submit a form on this site (contact, home valuation, rental inquiry, or newsletter), we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any message you write. We may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, provide the real estate services you asked about, and follow up with you about your real estate goals. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email to send market updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share your information with service providers who help operate this site and our business (for example, form and email delivery services, our customer relationship system, and our brokerage), and with third parties you ask us to connect you to, such as a lender or escrow company. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

Third-party services
Parts of this site are provided by outside companies, and each of them has its own privacy policy covering what they collect. GoHighLevel powers the contact form and the appointment scheduler; anything you type into either goes directly to that system. rss.app supplies the market news headlines. Elfsight displays reviews from Google Business Profile. Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Property search results are provided through an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. These services may set their own cookies and may see your IP address when their content loads on a page you visit.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
